Basic Technology Requirements for Managed Services

In order for us to effectively manage your organization, you must have the following in place:

Computer Workstations/Laptops Running at a minimum:

• 4GB of RAM/Memory

• 250GB of Hard Drive Space

• Windows 10 with latest service/feature packs

• Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 or Microsoft Office 365

• Anti-Virus/Security

• Highspeed Internet  (AT&T, Comcast, RCN etc.)

Recommended Technology Requirements for Managed Services

 

Computer Workstations/Laptops Optimal Specs:

• 8GB of RAM/Memory

• 250GB Solid State Hard Drive (500GB+ SSD Recommended)

• Windows 10 or 11 with latest service/feature packs

• Microsoft Office 365

• Sentinel One Security & Antivirus

• Adobe Reader

• Highspeed Internet  (AT&T, Comcast, RCN etc.)
