Our History
Quest Network Services established as a Bulletin Board Service on May 19th, 1994, by Kristofer Luck & Matt Aldmeyer
Quest built and serviced computers in an attic until 1999, then offered computer sales in a storefront in the uptown neighborhood in 1999. In the fall of 2000, Quest moved to the Andersonville neighborhood doing computer sales, computer repair and computer networking.
In July of 2001, Quest established business in Rogers Park on Sheridan Road. Quest expanded into small business Technical Support and IT services, helping small businesses with their computer, network and server needs.
In May of 2017, working more with small business clients, Quest changed its business structure to support its business customers better by closing the brick and mortar shop and moving to a co-working office space in Evanston, with flexible hours. Quest still takes walk-in clients but only by appointment. This new move has allowed Quest to be more mobile in supporting its customers.
