AS OF MAY 2022​

• Onsite support for businesses has resumed.

  • All techs visiting are fully vaccinated and boosted.​

  • All techs will follow the safety guidelines set by the business or building being visited and will wear masks upon request.

• Per Illinois guidelines masks are now optional. Anyone visiting our office may choose whether or not to a mask or face covering.​

  • We will wear a mask upon request. ​

  • We will continue to follow the state and local guidelines and should anything change, we will update our site accordingly.​

• Remote & Telephone support will continue as normal. 

• Equipment being dropped off at our office by appointment only.

• We clean every surface of equipment dropped off with 99.9% alcohol before and after repair

• All work surfaces are cleaned and disinfected several times a day

• If you are not feeling well,  please call and reschedule your appointment.
